The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet – How Does It Work?

This new diet idea is based on the fact all other diets do not work and can, in fact, be preventing your body from losing weight. As they point out on their web site, low fat diets have been around for years, but people are still getting fatter.

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet works on an 11 days dieting, 3 days off basis. The food you eat consists of all the food groups – fats, proteins and carbohydrates. You follow a meal plan and eat four times a day at regular intervals. You can choose the kind of foods you like best and work your plan around that. The diet is designed to purposely confuse your body’s metabolism by giving it different kinds of calories each day.

The other recommendation is that you walk every day, but otherwise there is no obligatory exercise. The diet does consist of a fruit-only day, but apart from their theory is that you eat until you are satisfied, so you never starve.
